How do I sign up for an online account?

Answer:
If you are an approved dealer for Commercial Tire Sales and would like to take advantage of our online ordering system, please fill out the customer contact information sheet and fax back to 559-233-5761. Once received and approved a USER NAME and PASSWORD will be emailed to you as well as the URL to eTireLink for immediate access available to you 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

What if I forget my USER NAME and/or PASSWORD?

Answer:

If you forget your USER NAME and/or PASSWORD, simply send an email to info@commercialtiresales.com with the subject : need user name and/or password. An email will be returned to you with your information.

When will I receive my order?

Answer:

Depending on your location, (check delivery schedule/routes in the Dealer Info section of this website) we will get your order shipped on the next scheduled delivery date.

Can I use a credit card to pay my bill?

Answer:

Commercial Tire accepts most major credit cards and PayPal.

Question:
How do I do a FASTFIND online for Tubes/Flaps/Wheels

Answer:

Tubes = T and diameter of the wheel  (Example-T28)

Flaps = F and diameter of the wheel  (Example-F20)

Wheels  = W and diameter of the wheel (Example – W15) and if you know the bolt pattern  (W15545) which is a 15” wheel  with a 5 on 4 1/2 bolt pattern.

How do I add to an existing order?

Answer:
Currently there is no ability to add to existing order. There is no minimum for an order at this time to compensate for that, so you may enter a new order at no additional delivery charge. Your orders will be added together and shipped together on the next scheduled delivery day.

How do I void/cancel an online order?

Answer:
Call the main office immediately at 800-350-8493. Orders are processed throughout the day.
We cannot be responsible for late cancellations, delivery charges and restocking fee’s may apply.

How do I return an item?

Answer:
Call the main office or your salesperson for a RETURNED GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA) -which our driver MUST have in order to accept any returns. Credits will be issued upon return and inspection.
